Fantasy Strike Expo 2017
🕑 Added 2017-03-07 14:08:53 +0000 UTC Hey everyone, our fifth (!) annual Fantasy Strike Expo is coming up. It's always been in San Francisco, and now it's moved a short distance to Oakland, California (fly into OAK airport this time).The dates are June 2nd - 4th, 2017.
The event will have tournaments for Yomi, Pandante and Codex tabletop games as well as for Fantasy Strike, our in-development fighting game. If you aren't interested in tournments, FSX is also a great place to hang out with like-minded gamers and play casuals, too.

Rook is probably bottom tier in high level play. He has disadvantage vs Jaina, and even at best vs Geiger, Grave, and Valerie. I'm not sure who he actually has advantage against. That said, at low levels of play he's clearly the best. We will slightly nerf him in the next patch for the sake of beginners. We can't really balance the game that way in general, but this time we figure we'll help out beginners in the short term and re-evaluate high level play a bit later. The AI is very weak. It will be barely better in the next patch, but we simply can't afford an AI programmer right now. We have mountains of other things to do first, so better AI will have to wait, though more patrons would certainly help us do that faster. We strive to polish and advance the game as much as we can every month, so stay tuned for a new update soon.
Hello Game Team, I played your game at PAX east and become a patreon. After playing it for some time, I have two balance suggestions: 1) ROOK needs less health! Oh my god he is broken as all hell and the game isn't even fun when i play as him. I never die and he is unstoppable. 2) Please up the AI. Game is easy and my hits always have a very high chance of hitting. I feel like I am playing a noob every game. That said, I really REALLY like your game and concept. I wish there was more to keep me going though.
