Staccato & Build 6 Updates
🕑 Added 2024-09-17 05:16:00 +0000 UTCHey Chordies :3.
Just wanna give some updates and let you know what the vibe is for Staccato 5 and Build 6. It's a bit of a good news/bad news kind of situation.
Bad news is that I haven't even written Staccato 5 yet πΏ. But there's good news! I haven't worked on Staccato yet because I've been hard at work on Build 6! The script's entirely in RenPy and I just did the first round of sprite placements. We also just wrapped up voice recordings for Dave, April, Moriah, and our new character, Randy! It's starting to come together, but needs more time to cook :3.
Once I get to a stopping where I can't work on Build 6 anymore and just sitting around waiting for assets, that's when I'll get to work on Staccato 5. The vibe I'm getting right now is that Staccato will probably be ready in October and so will the review copy for Build 6. That'll lead to a November release for Patreon/Public. It'd be great if I can nail another 11/11 release date! But we'll see how it goes.
That aside, we're wrapping up Chester's sprites, then we'll start working on Randy's sprites next! I'm very excited for y'all to meet them :3.
That's all I got for now! Have a good week, friends :3.
