Leela's Exercise Routine: Ladies Pushups
🕑 Added 2017-11-15 07:36:06 +0000 UTC Amy and Leela demonstrates the modern version of Ladies Pushups from each of their birthplaces.Leela is demonstrating the Modern Mutant Style. The Lingam is used to focus effort and muscle control the downward stroke and reinforces breath control making this a non-aerobic workout. As you can see Leela does not use the rebound from her breasts to assist the up stroke. Instead she holds in the down position for a 2 count. This is ideal form for this exercise.
Amy is demonstrating Martian "Blow ups". This variety of pushup builds lung capacity which is very important for residents of Mars. This style of exercise was originally practiced by the Native Martians and has been adopted by the human colonists. Earth's higher gravity makes this particularly difficult. As you can see Amy has very powerful lungs. She makes it look nearly effortless even in Earth gravity.
