New Video Tomorrow
🕑 Added 2026-02-03 20:21:50 +0000 UTCHey all! Hopefully everyone in the northeast they got hit by last week‘s storm is all dug out and life has returned to normal. I wasn’t able to make it into the studio last week because of plow didn’t even touch the studio parking lot until Friday. That being said I’m filming my new video tonight and it should be up by tomorrow evening at the latest, I’m going to be adding some new things to my videos along with yoga, including weights and different types of training. One of my goals in the new year is to incorporate my knowledge, personal training and Pilates into my yoga workouts to make them more all inclusive and varied.
For personal training videos filming will begin this weekend, so make sure that you get your request in!
