🕑 Added 2025-10-11 00:01:59 +0000 UTCAfter three weeks and several doctorβs visits it turns out I have a stress fracture and will be in a boot for quite some time (2-3 months). I have a Navicular Stress Fracture which can be particularly tough to heal.
What does this mean?
I will still be bringing you weekly flows, focused on more gentle yoga and chair yoga, showing you that yoga can be practiced even with limitations.
What about personal training/ customs?
All October customs will be delivered within the next week. Future orders may be delayed, still trying to figure out the best course of action moving forward!
I appreciate you all so much and all of the well wishes so far have been meaningful!
