Varossa

Ply Varossa with drink, food, and conversation. Try to get her on our side the old fashioned way, or at least through abusing game mechanics to make her like us. Slow and less likely to work than using magic or really working her, but reasonable.
Play hardball with Varossa, not unlike how we did with Plugg. Be open about our lack of trust, but cooperative for the sake of mutual gain. More likely to alienate her, but also more likely to garner respect from both her and others.
Project simp energy. If Autopilot is good at anything, it’s convincing attractive women that he’s cowed by their beauty to the point of harmlessness. If Varossa thinks he’s biddable, she might trust him more (at the cost of respect)
Kill Varossa and make a treasure map from her cold dead body.
Before we even fucking leave we kill Varossa and make a map from her cold dead body as insurance, then have Jerry resurrect her since we have the cash from Melku, then gaslight her about it. Maybe try out Dierdre’s new memory erasing arrows.
Use the mirror to make a friendly clone of Varossa, fully intending to kill the original and continue life with a (potentially weakened but genuinely allied) copy.
Try to sleep with Varossa. We have hard won evidence this won’t automatically make her trustworthy, but it could be fun at least and is unlikely to harm anything.
Once we have access to Plugg’s library, pour through it looking for any evidence of what might be Varossa’s deal. We know that her nail file comes away wet. That’s weird. Of course, it might be a wild goose chase if this isn’t binding related.
