Kashtira kidnappers edition.
Today I spent most of the day doing some add-ons to my Labrynth pictures. After bouncing around in low platinum in Master Duel, feels like I don't know how to play the game again, keep derping while playing Labrynth.
I tried putting neon ropes on Labrynth, mostly to cover up some defects in the art, and also to have it look special. Original pictures didn't really capture the "banished facedown by Kashtira" feel, so I did some photoshop trickery so the restraints are glowing. It looks much better in darker lighting, but I put the one with good lighting for the thumbnail.
I also messed with the saturation/hue a bit. It's quite amazing how a small amount of hue is able to make Labrynth's skin look healthy and alive, I can't believe I am missing out!
I would love to do the neon ropes in AI, but alas the effect is not as good or as accurate as if I do it manually. Maybe one day I'll do enough of this and someone will make a LORA that replicates this effect; I'm not holding my breath! (laugh)
Overall, pretty satisfied with the result, not sure what the regular viewers think, I think the neon looks good, sadly it takes up more time to do up the extra effects so there are less pictures (4) per set this time around. In any case, it looks quite different and better from the originals, happy with the work!
From the Labrynth set onwards, I'll post a link in the previews and move the whole comments over.
