first time shooting a wrestling show!!! + wskr tape update
🕑 Added 2022-12-08 05:22:21 +0000 UTChello all!! this is kind of different content. the spamton stuff is under wraps and we need to do some work to clear what we can and can't show. since that's taking so long, thought I'd hop in and show you all some photos I took at a wrestling event in Montreal last week!
I don't do photography very often, this was all shot on a Canon A1 Sure Shot 35mm point and shoot camera I got off Facebook for like $40. it's apparently water proof.. vry cool. I didn't get paid to shoot the show, but wanted to do it to challenge myself a little bit. I was nervous asking the wrestlers to pose backstage LMAO but everyone was very nice and cool
WSKR tape update: sorry for the radio silence here. got some slight bad news for the WSKR tape; the distributor who was supposed to send me the VHS tapes forgot somehow (??) and are only just now sending them. the boxes and labels are all here, just waiting on the tapes themselves to record. which means sadly they likely won't be going out before the new year. don't worry tho, if you're eligible then I've marked you down, you got nothing to do on your end. i've created the shipping labels today so you might get an email saying it's ready to go, but there will be a delay!
having to gather 50+ vhs tapes every 3 or so months has proven a bit challenging, so in 2023 tier 3 will change to not only be VHS tapes, but extend to different physical media. just so we don't keep encountering delays as I hate knowing people are waiting on their stuff even if it's just a fun extra thing. more on those changes will come soon.
