Update vid
🕑 Added 2017-08-31 15:41:12 +0000 UTC Hi everyone. I made a quick update video for the channel. You all will know most of this info since I've posted about it here in the past (i.e. working at the Religious Freedom Center all summer, new format videos coming up, etc.). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4t4hrRlhv6AI'll be posting one of these new videos tomorrow: "What does it mean to be religious?" This video deals more with religious studies "theory," which means it will be a little bit more complicated than videos I've done in the past. But I hope you all find it interesting!
Upcoming video schedule:
1) What can you do with a Religious Studies bachelors degree? (requested by a few of you patrons!)
2) Star Trek on Religion
3) Methodological Atheism (or, "Can You Be Unbiased when Studying Religion?)
4) Can you teach the bible in public school?
5) Ancient Exorcism
6) Intro to Islam
7) Intro to Sikhism
8) Satanism
9) Ancient Christianity topic (haven't decided yet..any suggestions?)

Can't wait for the first 1! Regarding 9, I would suggest making a video covering the beginning of the Christian movement, due to It's unique nature. As far as I know, it is the most widespread religion in the world, thanks to the disciples who went to India and Africa (again, AFAIK). Would be really nice to see how Christianity was formed and changed over the years :)
