I would definitely say it’s more than that. Although it has some problematic aspects, there is clearly more care put into the show. A lot of the aspects of that show like characters and humor worked really well, so despite not liking the messaging of it, I can still look at it from a quality perspective and see its merits.

I do appreciate Eli calling out Reno saying that the Riddler is his favourite comic book character, because that's a very strong statement. I don't know comics as well as Eli does, but I do know that there are a lot of characters and I don't know about any critically acclaimed comic where The Riddler is a main character.
