The reason martial arts training in movies is like that is becuase it's like when they show someone making explosives, and have to put in some fake ingredients so people can't copy it. If they showed the *real* training it would be too powerful and could get into the wrong hands. I mean could you imagine if a terrorist organisation got access to the shear power of Jean-Claude Van Damme?
