Listening now, and on the question of whether you could really put a condition in your will so your descendants lose the business if they ever stop doing a Christmas pageant....I don't know. But I DO know that there are towns across America where the town commons or square of courthouse was donated by a wealthy family, but with the written, legal stipulation that the land reverts to the family's estate if the town ever allows black people to settle in it! As far as I know, these are no longer considered enforceable, but some are still on record because nobody is willing to be That Guy who tried to enforce them.
