something I really enjoy about the show is the dichotomy between the imps/demons and the damned. Personality wise, the denizens of hell are all over the place where the sinners are all there for a reason. I've always enjoyed how there's no natural cruelty for the imps and hellhounds. A lot of them are jerks, but it doesn't look like a universal quality.

Vortex is just... such a good guy. he's just so geniunie in wanting to help out Loona and get her some friends and being just... such a cool dude with her. The small surprises that amidst the profanity laden murder-hobos that are most of the characters.... some of the denizens of Hell can still just be decent people. For the question about Lucifer... likely not given if he is going to show up it will more likely be in Hazbin Hotel then this series. Also yes, Blitzo is Loona's adopted dad. Also yes, Millie is a freaking beast!
