I'm very late with this reply, but I want to say that while GP does heavily prioritize Discord, he's not making Discord completely mandatory to access content, he periodically sends direct messages on Patreon just in case some people don't want to use Discord. Hopefully you have received a Mega link that will give you access to content, even without Discord. But I understand your frustrations, and hopefully you'll still enjoy your stay for the time being.

You should mention that you don't upload content to patreon before people sub to you, or link to expected content here-- cancelled same day for this reason as I don't/won't use discord... privacy, one account? Other artists I support aren't doing/forcing this- links don't work, no access, misleading, waste of money. I'm sorry but piracy isn't my/our concern, you're treating us like crooks- should have access to what was paid for, I see a lot of frustration/people asking for links
