The latest S4 update: 1.105, Feb. 27, 2024, seems to have caused new tuning errors. I cannot do anything without immediately getting an error message that names Basemental Drugs

You have to open Amphetamine and Cocaine packages at lower levels in their respective skill. Also depending on your customer (celebrities vs non celebs) you may not be able to sell packages.

The MDMA pills are not all MDMA, some are cut with other adulterants like amphetamine. That is what those items are for.

Did a 50/50 because i was having issues with interacting and actions, found out it was basemental drugs causing errors and issues. Any idea why?

If you have some older versions delete them completely and dont overwrite them

Dear dev how can I craft amphetamine with salt and the other chemicals? I have the lab for mdma but non for amphe?! I also have all ingredients for amphe. The only movement is to cut it. What to do with the anlhetamine ingredients??

Hey, after last update (version 1.104.58.1030) when I've Basemental mode my game crash during loading. After I remove it from game it load normally. I've checked all my mods and problem is only with Basemental. Do any of you have any idea what's wrong?

Hey, the mod is conflicting with Get To Work expansion pack. The detective career field specifically. Is there a work around? Or should I just leave it out of my game until there's a new update?

I'm unable to use the "the box" curing item. How much weed do you need? I've had 75 buds of the same type in my inventory but still unable to cure anything in "The Box" curing item.

Mr BM, I had an idea a few weeks ago for Gangs. Ever play Cyberpunk 2077? They have a gang in the game called the Voodoo Boys who mainly cause their mischief via hacking. I only thought of it due to the last expansion gave the bones (snooping, eaves dropping, black mail etc…) to make this idea easily viable. All members must develop high logic, programming skills, but the bottom members have high handy and work in the economy but place device/ viruses to make hacking easier for the enforcer level members. Because Cyberpunk is inspiration, the doctor and robotics aspects could be combined to create brain implants that give a sleight edge for heists. Sorry for the wordiness but if you’ve played Cyberpunk, the ingredients for a clever fleshed out gang is already in the Sims 4.

You shouldn't download the exe file at all if you are on a mac. Like I said it is for Windows

I am on a Mac. So if I have a Mac, I don’t need to worry about trying to open the exe file? Or do I need to put it in my mods folder at all?

Sounds as if you are on a mac if you use Unarchiver. The exe file is an automatic installer specifically for Windows, as specified in the installation instructions

It basically just means that the NPC dealers that sell pills receive new batches of those pills so the contents in each pill is changed around. One set of pills that might have had a large content of MDMA last release might just be filled with amphetamine this release.
