Hi! first i want to say sorry for your loss, i know how tough that can be! Were all glad to have you back though. I did have a question/ concern. I can download the PATREON zip file, and the venue list package. But everytime i try to download the basemental drugs it says virus detected and does allow me to download.

This mod works perfect as well as gangs. I would suggest everyone that keeps having issues to 50/50 your cc. There is a confliction, you will have to figure it out. Creator's don't use mods like we do, so if you don't post your exception in discord, they cannot help you. Also make sure you don't have more than 200 scripts running or you will have issues.

I know there's something buggy going on with it in this version. It is fixed for the upcoming version. Just working on finishing up the other features for said version before releasing it. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime

Hey! Yes, you can share a blunt with someone. I believe you have to be at least “friend” level with the sim. Group them together, then have them relax on a sofa or bed. Click on the sim you want to share the blunt. Under the drugs tab you should see “e.g share blunt”.

There is a suggestions channel on the Discord server that is Patrons only. The best way to make sure I see and can backtrack on suggestions is to use that instead of the comment sections underneath Patreon posts. Overdoses and rehab has been staples of the mod for a long time, btw.

can we get more new items in the game? Like different types of bongs or hitters. Different things like thc gummies or edibles from the drug dealer instead of making them yourself all the time? Or add new drugs like oxy, fentenyl, opiods, crack... have people over dose, or have to go to rehab? Just saying the mod could use some new features. I love it but we need some new stuff please :-) p.s. lol yes I'm that morbid

Gangs is not discontinued in any way in terms of updates. Can't give any exact ETA right now, however as I still very much got some features of Drugs lined up that I want to finish up on first and foremost.

I'm having an issue with the mod. I have all the files in the correct paths, and I am able to see all the features/commands, but when I try to command my sim to complete a task, they freeze and i'm getting an exception. It's telling me "invalid tuning mod" ive made sure my other mods are up to date, and I've uninstalled and deleted old files before reinstalling and restarting the game.

I have a suggestion for an update. I'd like the ability for a group/smoke. So sims stand in a circle maybe the same animations already used but they puff&pass. Or make it a sofa specific interaction where they have to be seated on the same sofa to puff&pass. And they can laugh/talk or mood buff like "Deep Conversation Focused +3 - Was that philosophically-world-view-altering-deep? Or am I just high?"

Hey. You shouldn't have to select characters each time you update the mod as long as you don't overwrite your save without the mod in first. That is: If you delete the mod, open the game without the mod in and overwrite your save prior to updating the mod you will lose all your mod progress. What you rather need to do is delete the old version, don't open the game at all, update to the latest version, reopen the game. That will keep all your progress and settings.

You should create, if it's not too dificult, a .cfg file so that we don't have to select characters each time we upload the updated version and we can save our settings. I'd do it, but I don't know how, and if it already exists, where is it? (not a demand, just a friendly suggestion since this is a mandatory mod in my game)

Usually that means you still have an older version still somewhere in your files. I had that happen recently and it took me a while to find it, but once I did, no more error lol
