Cocaine
If you have huge bags of cocaine lying around in your current Save, now is the time to enter your game and either sell them or empty their contents, because the items will get deleted after updating to this version.
The new item that will take it's place is the Cocaine Crate.
To reveal it's contents, click on the crate and select "Open".
And you'll see that it's stacked with 6 bricks of high quality cocaine.
You can restack the crate with high quality cocaine bricks, but nothing else. Or you can drag them out of there and do... whatever you'd do with six bricks of high quality cocaine.

LSD
To have your Sim share LSD with a friend, make sure the blotter paper of LSD is placed on a table, counter or other surface in the world. When your Sim has a friend nearby, click on the blotter paper and select "Share with..." This will bring up a picker of eligible Sims in the vicinity of the LSD.
Select the Sim you want to share with, and they will walk over and do some LSD.
NPC Dealer Changes
This is an important change that I encourage you all to read up on.
I don't want to go too much into the technical details about this bug that prompted this change, and I will try to keep it short and to the point.
In the patch before this one, some changes were implemented to the game that caused an error to occur related to traits under a specific type of circumstance. The NPC Drug Dealer trait was affected by this. The error did not occur in everyone's game, but enough people had this error that I had to make a standalone script to correct it for anyone affected.
That was however not an ideal solution as the script override gets real intrusive in base game code, and more and more people popped up with the error, so we had to keep on sending that additional script out.
To circumvent this I had to change the Drug Dealer trait. Not how it works, but rather it's ID, which means: After you update to this version, all your NPC Dealers will no longer be NPC Dealers, so you have to re-assign them.
You will get a notification when loading up the game that there are no NPC drug dealers found, and how to assign one (as if you don't know already).
Sorry for the inconvenience, I do my utmost to make these changes not affect your game and find ways to roll them out in the background without your interference, but in this case it was simply not possible.
Multiple Roy D. Dillons
This is a weird bug that only a handful of people have been affected by, for some reason I am still uncertain of. The bug consists of Roy D. Dillon, your friendly neighborhood gym steroids dealer, being created more than once.
If you have this bug in your game, try to use this command in the cheat console:
basemental.fix_multiple_roys
Let me know how that works, and if you want to do me a solid, I'd appreciate you heading over to the Discord server and sending over a log of the multiple Roys before deleting the additional ones with that command.
Venue List
To make sure this works you need to download the updated Basemental Drugs venue list provided in this post. If you have Basemental Gangs installed, please delete that venue list and install this one instead, I recommend installing this venue list in a separate folder directly in your Mods folder called: Basemental Venue List
The reason I don't recommend you having it in your Gangs folder is that I will keep the venue list separated from the Gangs mod from now on, as it doesn't make sense uploading a whole new version of Gangs just due to some minor changes to that Venue List.
Choose one of these 2 installation methods. Not both.
Basemental Drugs Installer (WINDOWS ONLY)
- Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.*
- Download this Basemental Drugs.exe file.
- Run the Basemental Drugs.exe file.
- Choose which Optional Packages you want included.
- Delete your localthumbcache.package
* If you installed from the installer previously, you can delete the old files by launching the file called unins000.exe in your Basemental Drugs folder.
Basemental Drugs Zip (WINDOWS OR MAC)
- Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.
- Download the Basemental Drugs zip file.
- Unzip the Basemental Drugs zip file.
- Place the files in a folder titled Basemental Drugs in your Mods folder.
- Delete the Basemental Drugs zip file.
- Delete your localthumbcache.package

Hi Basemental. Has death by overdose been removed? My sim was drugged out of their minds. Yet is still standing. I’m not sure what’s happened to this feature. Plus, miscarriage by drugs isn’t working with WW.

Yes, Sam's venue list includes the Basemental venue types so it's perfectly fine to use hers. Just don't use more than one venue list at the same time.

You can only have one venue list at a time, so use either Ksuihuh's or Basemental's but not both at once. They both include the venue types for either mod.
I use the LittleMsSamVenueList and your Venue is still showing up in building mode that mean it work. Right?

I use the KsuihuhVenueList in the AEP Pornography career mod for WickedWhims. This includes this mods venue list. Do you think their will be a problem?
