Contest: Win Copy of Get To Work

As Basemental Gangs will require Get To Work to function properly, I reckon it's a good idea to throw a little contest here with that Expansion Pack as the contest price.
Contest Rules:
- Build a Gang Headquarters with Eastern style aesthetics (think Yakuza).
- Must include an office with office chair and computer
- No CC allowed
- Upload it to the gallery
- Use these hashtags when uploading: #basementalgangs #simkuza
- Post screenshots of your build plus link to the gallery download here.
- Contest submissions must be sent in before Thursday 14 March 22:00 CET
All of the above rules must be complied to in order to be a part of the contest.
I will judge these builds personally along with a selected panel of judges.
The winner will get a free copy of Get To Work, if the winner already owns a copy of Get To Work, he or she can decide to give it away to a friend who needs it. If they don't have a friend that needs it the contest price will go to the next runner up.
If this contest goes according to plan, there will be more of these to come.
The winner will be announced Friday 15 March!

A few questions; can we use stuff from other EPs/GPs/SPs? Will you be looking under "includes custom content" anyway because some CC overrides won't show up in others' games but still flag the modded box? Thanks for the contest!
