Small Update on What's to Come
🕑 Added 2018-07-28 23:44:11 +0000 UTC Hey guys,I reckon you deserve some info on what is to come in the future update of the mod. As always I started making a new feature that was going to be a small and nifty little extra thing that is starting to evolve into something way bigger than I first envisioned. The main reason it was going to be a minor thing is that it requires the Jungle Adventures EP for it to work.
The last few versions has been mostly bug fixes (a part from the overhaul of animations and that of course), so I really want to add some new and cool stuff, right now. For the most part I try to make the mod as base game optimised as possible, although there are a few features in the mod already that you need certain EP's to get to use - Like the retail shop features from Get To Work and Holiday Traditions in Seasons.
Either way, the new feature will be the option to travel to Selvadorado, get a hold of some shady cocaine dealer hookup with insanely low prices over there, and smuggle it back home. (With the off-chance of the cops showing up instead of the dealer, beating your Sim senseless, taking their belongings, and hauling their ass off to jail).
The foundation of the new feature is mostly in place, but as the ideas around the feature is evolving as I am creating it it has taken a bit longer than anticipated to get into motion. I am estimating a couple days until it is done and dusted, though, so hang tight and it will be sorted.
The new version will of course also come with some small mandatory bug fixes, as always.
Hope you are all cool with this, and for the people who don't own World Adventures, I'll be focusing on finishing up on the mushrooms and work more on the cannabis aspect of the mod for the version after this one. It has been a really long and hot July month with a bunch of stuff on my plate, but the schedule is starting to get back to normal now, so you can start expecting more frequent updates again.

Glad to hear it. It's definitely recommended that you delete the localthumbcache.package everytime you install new versions of mods :)

I think there the regular ones from the headshop. I don't seem to have the special jars.

Hey! Does it happen with the regular curing jars or the special curing jars?
Hey Basmental, just wanted to let you know that I cant seem to cure weed in the jars. The option is there but I cant click it. The buds are uncured but I just cant cure them in the jar. Love your work!!
ive been waiting all summer for this weed update... and I will wait longer if I have to! I love this mod so so much. please take your time working your magic if you must. <3

This sounds awesome and please don't feel there's any hurry, an astounding amount of work must go into this mod and it's appreciated. I was trying to think if you could have equivalent in granite falls, like a bear or raccoon npc that gives you a bounty of 'shrooms (or not :-/)! But understand that it's a lot of work, not attempting to put more on you. Thank you for the update.

World Adventures is a Sims 3 expansion pack. Do you mean the Jungle Adventure game pack?

If you own Get to Work, you can set up a dispensary, start selling bongs, philly blunt packs, ziplock bags of weed, whatever you want with the retail store system that comes with Get To Work. What does the retail store portion mean? Is there somewhere I can see how this works? I checked but did not see it. Thanks for your awesome work this mod is amazing.

Probably because you don't have your Dealing Skill high enough, if you want to buy drugs off the Dark Web you need to be at least level 3 in either of the dealing skills.
