You need to have your friendship level up a bit with people before asking them to sell. If you do have that, make sure that you aren't running duplicate files in your Mods folder. It is essential that you delete the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder before installing the newest version.

i have never gotten busted, and i do not get calls from customers. am having a problem selling anything, when i click on people, there is no option to sell all the time. sometimes it is there and sometimes it is not. very frustratin! lol

I was busted in my house once with the mod, but I think I sold on the lawn or porch and the cop entered. I find that selling in the house usually keeps the Popo's from coming. LOL I sold once in the game outside of a club and soon after saw a cop near the way home. I tried transporting to the entry way to get home and the cop ran to the entry and it would not allow me to transport or cancel the travel home. It was nerve wrecking and hilarious to watch the inevitable happen. Handcuffs and confiscation. HAHA

my sim hasnt gotten busted. dont know if its cause hes a teen drug dealer or because i sell cocaine to the people that call and ask to buy and they come to my house to get the drugs?

1. It is not on the top of my to-do list, as of right now. 2. I will leave the stripper stuff to some other moder's and focus on the drugs part I think. It makes more sense to rather use my mod in conjunction with other mods in that regard :)

2 things. When will you implement crack and crack cooking. 2. I know this is a drug mod but is it possible to add a stripper trait and implements etc since they all involved in the same shit lol and outfit category? But in a way that makes sense with this mod?

i haven't tried it out so can't respond to the poll. i got distracted by playing dying light. It's funny-remember in the Matrix when the guy in white told Neo that humans don't thrive if there is nothing to "fight" against/for? I find that sims makes me feel something like a sugar overload and i have to take a break to go fight zombies or something :P That's why i appreciate your making this mod. Makes it a little less saccharine. Anyways-gonna go check this out today

I feel like users should get busted too. I think if they're doing drugs in public or outside their home there should be a risk.

I think the Get Busted function is great. It always hurts losing all of my supply, but I guess that's what comes with the territory. Maybe there could be an option to talk the cop out of getting busted with a bribe or cut of profits to take things to a whole other level? Also maybe an option to plea, serve time and not lose all of your supplies? LOL just a couple of ideas.

You still can. You need to level up Amphetamine, Cocaine or MDMA Dealing skill to at least level 3 to do so, though

I get busted more at home then I do out in public.

that's an excellent idea, i like a setting where i can have the cops harass my sim one day and get rid of them the next, and maybe an option to pay the cops off but you would only be able to do it like once a week or something like that

I've only been busted once it would be great if we could have an adjustable cheat so we can fine tune it to suit our game

I have a single sim in San Myshuno. I was selling in the Spice District near the vendor stalls, when all of a sudden, I realized the cop was a VENDOR. He ran out of his vendor stall and busted my ass...lol. San Myshuno is definitely not safe XD

Is there something I’m doing wrong in regards to selling drugs? My sim gets busted after EVERY sale now. I thought it was due to location, amount of product on my person, and friendship with the customer. So I sucked it up and stayed on my home lot along with leaving only two bottles of MDMA & two ziplocs of OG. Last came being good friends with the customer, we cracked a few jokes and reminisced about the few times I’d sold them drugs prior to now... alas, we were busted :c Now I don’t know if this means anything or not but I’ll share. This sim is in a household of three & they reside in San Myshuno. Should I move them to another world to properly sell? I mean I love the idea of cops having the chance to bust us, however every single sale since the first arrest has gone awry.

I will have this poll up for a few more days, but so far, what I am gathering from the poll results is this; quite a few of you are really into pressing buttons and get all tingly around polls. Secondly, the opinions on this matter differ greatly, although so far most of you seem to think it is tuned a bit low. I will get some settings implemented to this. Turn on/off and increased/decreased chance of getting busted. Everyone plays their game differently and this will mean that you can taylor the settings to your likings.

I would want that option too. I like to think of my Sims universe as kind of a Utopia where all the drugs are legal.

Would there be an option to turn this off? I haven't gotten on sims in a few days and just saw this update and I felt the anxiety kick in as if I was the actual drug dealer.

You mean sort of like a difficulty setting? That'd be interesting

I wonder if you could add a percentage for arrests so we could choose how risky to make it? Because I'm getting arrested nearly everyday haha.

Good point. As of right now it goes way quicker if you sell high quality cocaine and amphetamine. I have been meaning to tune that down to the same as when selling worse quality

My probably unrelated suggestion is to maybe increase the amount of time it takes to level up the skills. For example cocaine dealing skill, too easy to level up in. Just my opinion.

In my sim, I haven't been busted yet. Although I'm just a low level high school speed slinger. :)

In my opinion it's fine the way it is. Wouldn't want it too high and be paranoid of the cops lol
