You need to buy drugs first. Make a new Sim and give them the Drug Dealer trait and move them into a lot. Then visit them with your actual sim and you'll be able to buy drugs from them. The drugs will show up in your inventory. You can also buy a bong or papers in Buy Mode --&gt; Clutter. And cannabis seeds from the computer.

Hello, I downloaded and I also followed your instructions. I downloaded - didn't unzip because my computer unzips itself - added the folder and then took out the script into the mods folder basically like you said. I open the game the only thing I see is Settings if I click the Sim. I don't see anything else I could do. The settings basically say No phone calls and no autonomous drug use. HELP PLZ. DESPERATE.

You need to delete the old files before installing the new version. Read the installation instructions and do exactly what it says.

After I downloaded the patch I'm not able to cure weed anymore. It won't give me the option to click on the cured jar or an empty jar.

Hey. Glad you like the mod, and thanks for the support :) You create an NPC/Townie just like you would any other Sim in the game, and when assigning the Sim traits you make sure to give him/her the Drug Dealer trait from CAS. Place him or her in an appartment or house, exit the house and start playing with your regular Sims. Simple as that. If you want to make sure they meet, take control over your CAS assigned Drug Dealer again, send him or her to a location, exit to the neighbourhood view, take control over your playable Sim and go to the same location to interact.

hi! your mod is awesome, and i was glad to become a patron! my only question is this: how do i make an NPC and how do i make them my druc dealer? i hope this is not a stupid question! lol been simming since sims 1 and i am addicted to the game, but am new to mods and cc...now, i can't play without them! thanks for any help that you can give me! ;)

hey basemental im new to the mod and i was having a bit of trouble turning my own sim into a dealer. How do you start getting the skills needed to start dealing. Pls help!!

You need to level Amphetamine, Cocaine or MDMA Dealing Skill up to at least level 3 to order drugs online.

hm, did i miss something? i can not order drugs via darknet anymore. there is only the headshop but no "darknet"-option at the computers

Glad you are enjooying the mod, Myrrah. I agree that your suggestion would be cool. I am not sure it is feasible with how the coding around the plant system from EA is implemented, though. Either way, I appreciate the suggestion :)

This mod was an interesting find. it has always annoyed me that sims excludes most of the "not traditionally viewed as idyllic" parts of peoples lives. I've had a chance to try out all the different parts of it now and i must say-you have done a really good job implementing all of it! i originally just wanted it for the growing cannabis part but the rest is very well done as well. i'm really impressed. It annoyed me that my vampire can "eat" his wife and leave her laying in a pile on the floor regularly but there is no resulting trauma-lol! So in my game-she has developed a drug addiction to cope ;) (i'm curious how that would, in actuality- effect the vampire when he bit her-ha!) It would be cool if you could "take cuttings" from the different cannabis plants and splice them to make plants that do different things. Like discover a combination that you can turn into medicine

Sounds like you haven't deleted all of the old files before installing the new version. Delete all the old instances of the Mod, install the new one. New one should only be 2 files in total. Place them directly in your Mods folder. There is no Dealing Skills for Weed as of right now.

My sims buy pot seeds, but cannot open and plant them. Also, When I add extra traits I only see trait to be a Cocain Dealer, an MDMA Dealer and a speed dealer, but nothing for Pot/Marijuana. I'm new to this so I may be missing something.

It is used for the manufacturing of MDMA pills. Like it says when you hover your mouse over it. This is also explained in the original post, which I would recommend that you read. So how do I sell the drugs and whats the purpose of the MDMA crystal i have no option for a menu wen i click on it from the inventory

I love this i am very happy! I read through the instructions and figured out how to purchase the weed but the parents are not reacting to the teens when doing drugs.

You should delete all the other files like it says clearly in the installation instructions in the original post :)

They will call after a while as soon as you have one of the assigned dealer traits.

They are not to be replaced, they are to be deleted, like it says specifically in the installation instructions. If you keep them in there you will have the old mod and the new version conflicting with one another.

Thanks once again for your hard work! I have a couple of doubts, though. I have lost my clubber trait, where can i find it again to download? I deleted unintentionally :( In this last versions you posted, there's only two archives inside the zipped file, does that mean i can delete all the others? Or should i keep it? Thanks :)

Do you need to level up to have customers start calling you, when your sim is a drug dealer?

Hi! I really love this mod and it's so much fun to have in the game. For this download though, is there only supposed to be two files in the basemental folder? The only two files that show up are the script and the main basemental package. None of the other files have had to been replaced? I only am concerned because since the rest are not getting updating, my sims cannot take the drugs. Like, one of my sims will have the MDMA bottle in their inventory but clicking on it does nothing. Not even when clicking on baggies of speed or coke. I hope this can figured out soon. Thanks!

I think the menu tab when you click on a sim is taking up the "trained commands" spot on pets. When I click on my dog I can't get him to do any trained commands because the "basemental" tab is in the way. Is it possible you can fix this?

Hi, I've been out for a while. And tbh a bit too lazy to read back everything for just one thing. So I'll just throw it in here: is the desperate (X 4 drugs) gone? Because even though I have an addicted sim, she can't seem to find a cheap way to get her fix?

Thanks Christina. It has not been that bad, really. Luckily it didn't take too long to pinpoint the changes in code, just a tad bit time consuming to sort it out :)
