Thanks Kali! Yeah, I would love to mod some shrooms, and it is definitely on the to-do list. As of right now though I am working on a couple of hotfixes for the last patch and 5 new skill levels for MDMA dealing, which is turning out to be quite awesome.

Hey. That is indeed intentional. Delete the bunch of old files, install these 2 new files directly into your Mods folder. Easypeasy :)

Quick question so I can make sure I'm doing things right. I just patched my main pc game and I noticed that in the pre-patch update, you have several packages for each drug and whatever other thing the mod does, but in this new update there's only two files. I wanted to make sure whether or not that was intentional.

Hey! I LOVE your mod so damn much, just wanted to throw that out there. You did an amazing job. I also thought of an idea whilst playing! Ever thought about adding hallucinogenic mushrooms? Seeing as you can already grow, eat, and cook with regular mushrooms, I would assume (though not know for sure, obviously) that magic mushies would be somewhat simple to add in? Just a fun idea. Hey, so I downloaded your mod for my game and the "basemental drugs" thing comes up but doesn't have any other options except for "settings" when i click on the "basemental drugs" option. I have the mod in my immediate mod folder so i am not sure why its not working.

Yes, that is correct. Just put both of those files directly in your Mods folder. All you need

So now with v 1.1 you only need two files in your mod folder: Basemental Drugs v1.1.package and basementaldrugs.ts4script. Is this correct? I'll make a backup folder for the pre-version 1.1 mods just in case.

You are not supposed to install version 1.08.4, but version 1.1. Delete all the Basemental Drugs files you have in your Mods folder, download version 1.1 and put the 2 files directly into your Mods folder.

I can't do anything, i install the basemental 1.08.4 and i put into the folder this 2 files but it doesen't work, i remove all italian traduction but nothing change(sorry for my english i'm italian)

Hey! The Drug Dealer trait definitely showed up when I have tried it on both windows and mac, but I will have a look at why the clubber trait is not appearing and see if I can upload a hotfix for this by tonight.

I started a new game for the expansion. In the traits selection, I no longer see the Drug Dealer trait available. =O. I deleted the previous version of the mod and installed only the two new files. I believe the clubbing trait is also missing from the selection. I have other mods that change traits and I think the expac broke custom traits.

Hey Lowell. Let me explain to you how this interaction is supposed to work. Say your Sim is addicted to cocaine. You ask your CAS assigned dealer to exchange sex for drugs, he or she says yes. Then you need to actually click on a bed or whatever place you want to have sex with him or her and do the deed, WickedWhims style. After the deed is done, you can talk to the dealer again to ask to receive your drugs.

Question When I try the sex for drugs it never does the sex ... yes ww is installed newest update. Auto accept is turned on in ww. No I haven't updated the game itself for the cats and dogs update. wanted to get all the updates done first before I do.. So this should work correct with the newest ww ? Not really. The event was replaced by a CAS assigned Drug Dealer Trait several versions ago.

Like it says in the very first point of the Installation Instructions: "Delete all the old instances of the Basemental Drugs files before installing this one." The new one only consists of 2 files, that is correct. If you keep the old ones in there you are going to have the old mod and new mod conflicting with each other

you can buy them from the dark web using a computer or you can host an event. if the buy drugs event wont show up try putting it directly in your mods folder

Looking in my mod folder, your new update only has the 1.1 package &amp; ts4script file. Are we to delete the other files (Amphetamine, Buy Drugs, Club Interactions, Clubber Trait package files)?

I think I just don't know how to buy drugs from a dealer anymore. I'm having a hard time. And I can't buy any off of the computer either. Just stuff from the smoke shop.

Hi Alex, I have only tried it out on my windows computer so far. I am patching my iMac now to see if it works here so I can establish if it is an OSX issue or something that you may have done wrong with the actual installation.

You need to either level up Cocaine Dealing or Amphetamine Dealing to level 3 to get access to the online drug ordering :)

Thank you so much for the quick update! I soo needed my sims high again lol.. also, when i go to order drugs on the darkweb, that option doesnt show up. The Basemental HEADSHOP option pops up but the DARKWEB option doesnt show up at all.. i deleted all previous files and added your NEW two updated basemental files.. this issue started last update and because of it, i cant buy weed in LARGE bulks like i like to.. any suggestions?

Ah. I really don't think so. Mainly due to EA changing some crucial codes, like species recognition and payment tuning. Which would mean (I think) that you wouldn't be able to get payed for selling drugs or deducted cash for buying them, and most (if not all) of the interactions would stop working. And the hover-over tooltips to all the items would be gone as well. It is very easy for you to find out if it does work though. Download this version, put the other one you have in your Mods folder in a temporary folder on your desktop, put this one in and see if it works. If it does not, remove this one from your Mods folder and put the old one back in.

I'm sorry I didn't make myself clear I wanted to know if the new fix would work without updating to the new pach I can get the patch but I don't want to get it till most of my mods are updated

Yes. The patch is what broke this mod before this updated one. If you didn't get the update of patch (not sure if possible), then you can continue to use the old one. But if you update, this will be required, as the new updates colide with the elder ones

i read that there was a new patch released today. Patch PC 1.36.102.1020 / Mac 1.36.102.1220. Does the mod still work with this patch?

No. This version contains a bunch more of the in-development stuff, like the dealing skills, phone calls from customers, parental reactions and so on. I will upload a fixed version to the free sites as well by tomorrow. I also felt it was important to give you guys a working version first because of the support you are showing me. My way of trying to give some love back to you :)
