Where did you find a translated version of the PC Engine Double Dragon II? I can't find a rom hack or anything online.

I'm about halfway through, and this is a hell of a watch. (I've heard similar things about Battletoads & Double Dragon. I believe Kevin Bayliss and Gregg Mayles talk about about how it came to be and balancing Toads vs Dragons in the Rare Replay Battletoads featurette.)
