“What, uh… What did you have in mind?” Sabrina asked, lowering her voice to match Nick’s volume.
She was apprehensive about letting the P.A.D. fall back into Nick’s possession; part of her was morbidly curious about the alterations that he had made to her, but at the same time she wasn’t sure if she wanted to know. Nothing about her seemed off, and rationally she knew that was because of the device’s awareness-hindering effects, but using the little information that Nick had accidentally divulged narrowed down the possibilities. “I don’t know what to think about this, Sabs…” Nick muttered.
