I haven’t watched the Lisa Frank doc, but I had a friend who had gotten her first job out of college there. She was paid minimum wage, and told me how bad it was to work there. That was 30 years ago but I always remember she said how bad it was and LF was everywhere but didn’t pay their employees well. I’m on the employee side always in this case. She stayed on to get “experience” and then moved on.
