I love MacKenzie but she obviously hates everything about these Olympics lol. As someone that went it was AMAZING!

One thing they didn’t mention about restaurants in Europe is that a lot that take reservations don’t take walk ins. And/or if they have a reservation for any time of that meal, they won’t seat the table any other time, even if that means it’s vacant for the first several hours they are open. Even further, they may only schedule enough staff to cover the times when they have reservations. (This was a wild concept to get used to when I moved to Germany.)

With all do respect, I don’t know about the people who worked on The Sound of Freedom. However, that was a true story that I did research on. It is a real thing that did happen.

I was 💯 in agreement with Mackenzie! I followed her live during the opening ceremony and asked her to help me make it make sense! Hahaha

I die for Serena. I'm with the restaurant, though. It's the Olympics. You can't just walk in with the "do you know who I am". They respected people who actually made reservations. Good for them.

Great episode! I LOVED the rant about the opening ceremonies 🤣 what a WILD ride.

Right hahah there’s a GREAT chance she came in 30 minutes before the reservations come in…..

Tell me you’ve never worked in the service industry without telling me you’ve never worked in the service industry.
