Oh one other helpful thing...i compiled a full duplicate set of my daily makeup. Lots of it comes in a mini size, or I've used my Sephora points to get samples of stuff. It's a game-changer. After forgetting foundation on a 5-day work trip, i eliminated that variable.

The packing panic is very relatable. For YEARS, I've had recurring dreams about packing, where I have like 20 minutes to pack for a summer in Europe or some other long trip!. I start packing up to 2-3 weeks ahead of time. I finally did myself a favor and made a list on my phone of the standard stuff; then at least I can walk through that and know I have everything except for outfits/accessories.

Great show today ladies! Especially appreciated the travel anxiety advice. I’ve got the same issue when my travel involves a flight. One thing that really helps me is making a packing list a good amount of time ahead of the trip.
