EP. 254: Don't Play Yourself
🕑 Added 2023-02-08 15:48:05 +0000 UTCHey Tribe! It’s the second week of Love Thyself February! This week Erica and Milah reflect together on where they are currently at in their healing journeys and take time to acknowledge what true self care is really about. The Good Moms honor their growth, discuss new realizations and are completely honest about what this next chapter of life is asking from them. We could all benefit from being honest with what we need from ourselves for self care, and the Good Moms remind us how to do it all with gentleness as the theme. Expect to hear:
- How Erica has changed her perspective on creating boundaries and healing her father wound
- Why Erica is deciding to face her feet phobia?!
- What Milah learned about healing her deepest wounds, and what it has to do with being in a happy relationship
- How is the womb connected to the rest of our body and past generations of women
- The harsh truth of what makes us avoid dealing with the womb
- Why a lot of the self care we see is not actually self care, it’s coping!
- Period sex during a threesome?!
All this and more can be heard on all Podcast platforms! Remember, our Patreon mamas get first dibs on watching uncensored episodes and bonus content.
