Dan, you mentioned Twin Peaks being in your zeitgeist, so I’d like to add to it in a way. Have you listened to the band Twin Peaks? They’re a fun rock n roll band from Chicago, and since you also mentioned The Rolling Stones I’ll say the only time I’ve seen Twin Peaks live they did a kick ass rocking cover of Dead Flowers. Also I remember you mentioning Jeff Rosenstock a while back, Jeff’s the fuqn man! Do you like math rock? Would like to recommend another band called Tera Melos. Definitely not the pop punk rock glory that is Rosenstock, more of an early Fall of Troy vibe without the screaming if that makes any sense. Any way I just relistened to their album “Untitled” which I used to love and it blew my mind once again, thought I’d share it with ya! Enjoy love ya guys
