Patron Audio: The Mushroom Purge w/ PONY
🕑 Added 2020-07-24 12:20:26 +0000 UTCRyan and Dan are joined by five members from the improv group PONY: Matt Apodaca (@mattapodaca), Jake Sprague (@jakesprague), Malin von Euler-Hogan (@malin_veh), Kathy Yamamoto (@YAMAdrama) and Kale Hills (@KaleEthan). They chat about Matt's flan flipping, Jake's dearest dinos, Malin's book backlog, Kathy's reality recs and Kale's poetry preference.
They also do TWO monoscenes inspired by your voicemails: One set at a "Money Mart" reckoning with some low-level sign vandalism and another set at a company retreat led by Guru Ken.
Thanks to Gus and another unnamed listener for the voicemails this week. You too can be featured on the show if you have a short, true story you think could inspire some scenes. Leave us a voicemail! (818) 465-8656

Don’t mean to get deep on you guys but I’m all sincerity, I am missing hangs with my friends. My wife and I travel all the time, before the shit storm. Our friends have scattered around the country and the world and we all made it to unique locations to be together. Now we are all home and most of us...not so tech savvy. I’ve been a Big Grande fan for a long time. But you guys have truly humanized fun and improv when a lot of people need that connection and escape. Thank you gentlemen. Please power on and know you’re appreciate.
