It was only understandable seeing the sheet in front of her and what we had just been through.

When you look at that it’s not that concerning. There are only a couple of A-rank individuals in a country after all. Those that reached those standards ended up being pillars of a country but even knowing that Kurono’s reaction was overblown.
No, her reaction did not stem from my A rank status but the plus marks on every single one of those tests. Those plus marks represented that I broke the parameters of the test. That the standardized method of testing stats was not doing any good here.
I hid most of what I was capable of with Magic as whole cards for now but just my Physical Ability and my Blazer Ability were absurd enough.
During the Attack Ability test, I had to go through several levels of hardness using any method available to me. This one was kind of just not fair. I swung Kárma Tis Týchis and changed the odds of that thing being cut. Nothing could stop my blade because reality was already telling it that it had to be cut.
It might not be an accurate representation of my raw attack power but they were looking for my max ability here. I was also fairly confident in getting through those blocks without Kárma Tis Týchis. It was just better for everyone to assume that I relied heavily on it.
In the same vein, I could cancel any damage using Kárma Tis Týchis. That usually led to the attack either completely missing me or flicking out of existence as the space around me cracked and opened portals.
Kurono gave me a flat look and asked that I did not use Kárma Tis Týchis here. It clearly was not a good representation of my defence capability.
I went along with her demands as I was also rather curious. I knew I was capable of tanking artillery fire in raw stats so it should be fine. I had completely forgotten that I had Aura for the most part. So I did not even get to try my own raw defensive ability as my Aura took in all the blows coming at me rather easily.
Oddly enough I did not get any odd looks from Kurono when I showcased my Aura. I guess she was used to Blazers pulling something similar off. From what I could recall Blazers could coat themselves in Mana to form shields so she must have assumed I was doing something similar.
When I was wired up for the Mana Quailty test the staff members went rather crazy. As I expected I was now the record holder for the largest amount of Mana. While that was happening Kurono gave me a flat look and smoked her cigarette expecting something like this to happen.
There was also a faint suspicion in her eyes but she might not think Despardo just yet. Since I had an absurd ability it was right to assume I would have an absurd amount of Mana. Even if I tripled Stella’s record.
On the other hand, she was rather shocked about my control over Mana. Usually the larger your amount of Mana the harder it was to control and she did not expect me to do any hard training since my ability was absurd.
Stella managed to burn her self to near cinders for three years as she trained to get a handle on her abilities. So getting a handle on my massive reserves would be even more difficult.
I just shrugged at her and blazed through the tests. She might doubt my abilities but Mana control was something that came almost second nature to me when I first arrived as Severus Snape. That control only further evolved with the Alpha Stigma and went beyond reason when I upgraded those eyes.
She did not take my indifference to her shock very well but she was not exactly in a position to freak out. She had to play the in-control director after all. I did notice she was going through cigarettes at an alarming rate.
The Physical Ability test was actually rather low-tier. It was designed to test the regular physical output without any abilities and Mana enhancements. So Peak Human standards was the limit of that test. I was well beyond Peak Human so I crushed that test.
My results did draw some attention and some people brought out further tools to ensure that I was not using Mana but I cleared that. So the staff kind of just numbly stared at me as I crushed the test in front of me.
Finally Luck. It was a rather hard task to get nailed down and I had to be restrained in handcuffs that sealed my Blazer ability as they were worried it might affect the results. I simply shrugged as I could get out of them in an instant if I wished and Fortuna still had my back.
Knowing that I absolutely devastated the tests. I had to play a variety of luck-based games until I lost….as you can imagine I never lost and they finally told me to stop. They also put me in a situation where Luck was not supposed to be on my side but I still came out on top. Nothing they could do could possibly stop Fortuna.
By the time that test was done, I could see the various Staff mumbling to each other. They started calling me God’s Beloved Child. I frowned as while the title they put on me was accurate it also sounded fucking lame.
Before I could try to change that situation Kurono dragged me back to her office and gave me the student tablet thing. She then just stared at the Data for a moment numbly. She knew it was going to happen but as she added the Data to their Systems she was still shocked. Which led to her saying what she said.
“Well, I did say I was a very valuable asset Shinguuji-san or should I call you Director now?” I spoke out with a smirk on my face. I knew this world had true monsters but I was happy to note that my potential outclassed them. It was a nice little ego boost.
Kurono tried to take out another cigarette but looked betrayed as she realized she finished all of the ones she had. Seeing her dejected look I let out a laugh and took out a pack from my inventory.
“Not sure if this is any good but my girlfriend’s brother swears by these,” I spoke out while offering her the pack. She took a good long minute of staring at it like it might bite her before she took the pack from me.
Glad I made a habit to carry around these things for Andrew. Our relationship was strained but I was trying to get that guy to relax a bit.
She lit the cigarette and took a long draw and let out a tired sigh as she relaxed in her seat.
“I knew you were going to be something just based on your ability but this Prince-san is…..well there will probably never be a person like you ever again,” Kurono spoke out as she gestured to the Data in front of her. She then looked over at me with a strange look flashing across her face.
“Your Stats are going to draw a lot of attention Prince-san. You entering this academy is going to draw too much press to your name are you fine with that?” She spoke out slowly trying to gauge how I would react. I blinked at her comment confused for a moment but got it.
She was under the impression that I was held captive for my ability and I had recently escaped. I gave her a small smile as she was looking out for me even if I was suspicious.
“It’s fine director. Anyone that had a hold on me is not in this world.” I spoke out with a cold glint in my eyes. She took another drag of her cigarette but just nodded solemnly at me.
I was not even lying. Dumbledore and his goons were not in this world after all. Not that the guy had any hold on me any longer but he did hold onto that position for a long while.
Kurono started to look through some profiles on her tablet with a frown on her face. I was a bit curious about what she had going on as she seemed troubled but I was not going to pry. I could probably push myself into her world but I did not see the point. I was here to win the tournament and loot some sweet fucking abilities.
Eventually, she let out a sigh and put one of the profiles away. She then looked at me still conflicted but clearly determined to do something.
“You are fully enrolled in the Academy now Prince-san. Classes will start in a week but you can move into your dorm during this period.” Kurono told me tiredly and the tablet she gave me flashed showcasing a map and where I needed to go.
I was a little curious about what she had going on but I figured if she was not going to tell me I did not need to know.
“I’ll get to it Director…..I know this might be asking a lot but can I spar with you? As you can imagine I do not have a lot of opponents that could handle me and fighting the World Clock herself should be helpful for me.” I ask while explaining my motives. She took a drag from her cigarette but gave me an amused look. The stress I was giving her faded as she got a better handle on me.
“Sure kid, but I’m going to be busy for the next couple of days dealing with the shit show you put on my desk.” She spoke out flatly but was still clearly amused by my request.
That was mildly disappointing as the loot was so close but I was eventually going to get it so not too bad.
“Thanks, Director. Looking forward to the spar.” I thank her politely and head out of her office going towards my dorm. Kurono made a call as I made my way out.
I passed some students on the way to my dorm and I gathered some looks and murmured discussion but it appeared to just be about my looks.
I figured when my stats and Abilities came to light I would have to deal with a whole lot more of those stares. It reminded me of SAO all over again but that was fine with me.
I arrived at where my Dorm was supposed to be. I was about to open the door and enter but then I remembered a fact about this world. Your dorm-mate was not decided by gender but by matching students with similar potential.
There should be no one near my potential but there was one person facing a similar situation. I looked over at the nameplates on the side to check my suspicion and was proven right.
[Severus Prince/Stella Vermillion.]
While the name on my plate looked freshly painted Stella’s looked dried and ready.
I let out a sigh as Ikki should be her roommate but my appearance threw things out of wack. Stella should not be here yet right? She should have already had a fight with Ikki if she did arrive. My assignment in this dorm was a rather recent addition after all.
Unless Kurono started this process out when we started the tests. I may have blown through them but they still took a long ass time.
So I should be good to enter right now right? My mind told me yes but I felt a shiver going down my spine so I knocked on the door instead.
A few moments went on without any response and I felt like I was worrying too much but then the door opened. Stella peaked out of the door with a bright flush to her cheeks but she was thankfully dressed. She did look like she put it on hastily.
I had to thank my good sense to knock. Dealing with a Tsundere after I saw her nearly naked was not on my bingo card for today.
Seeing me she gave me a glare and stood confidently.
“Look I know a Princess is very rare to you people but leave me alone.” She spat out with a glare. I raised an eyebrow at her hostility but she must have been dealing with people bothering her all day.
I raised my hands in surrender as I did not want to deal with her being angry the entire time.
“Hey, I get it but I’m not here to bother you Vermillion-san. This is also my Dorm so I figured it was a good idea to knock before entering in case you were already here.” I explained while I pointed at the name tags showing both of our names.
She froze for a moment fully prepared to go on a rant but having the steam knocked out of her. She looked apologetic for a moment before she fully caught up with my words. Her face flushed even further and I let out a sigh as she was clearly building up a Tsun-bomb.
“Are you telling me my roommate is a boy!? That is completely unacceptable! I am an unmarried princess!” She just kept going on and on shouting louder and louder. The calm defusing mood I had going on faded as I started to get irritated.
Why did I have to deal with a fucking Tsundere!? I was just here for loot! I would have rather had Ikki! Also, why was I dealing with yet another red head!?
