Finally, a good reason to get the 2 pound package of shredded Costco rotisserie chicken! I did blind-bake my crust first, no idea if that made a big difference, but I was trying to avoid the crust getting a soggy bottom. Husband enjoyed.
I messed up and bought Caribbean adobo but it was still delicious. Also couldn't find turkey breast so we used ground turkey.
Made this with chicken and my whole family loved it.
