It's been an absolute delight seeing your podcast empire grow, and I love each and every one of them so far. I'm happy to support them. How much do you want it to grow, ideally, in the sense of number of different podcasts? Is there a point when you'd feel like more would be too many? And somewhat related, would you consider producing podcasts you are not yourself in and others have large degree of responsibility for?

Not a question per se but if some day there was a goal to reach for a Star Wars podcast or rather a rough semblance of a podcast that is really just Rahul and Jacob (or really Jacob and anyone)rambling about Star Wars... I wouldn't be opposed and would definitely increase my monthly tier.
From your experience, and that of your colleagues in the gaming industry, how important are good people skills/people management skills? Especially as it relates to project managers and management in general, towards delivering a well-made game? Thanks!
