00 Prologue Wait!? I died?
🕑 Added 2022-12-24 20:14:20 +0000 UTCHeated moans filled the room. The young man felt he was close. Beneath him the younger school girl moaned in pleasure as he pounded her depths. She was very cute, he wasn’t quite sure how old she was, but he was pretty sure she was legal. He was close, he knew it. He tugged lightly on her nipple and rolled it. Instantly she spasmed beneath him, and he felt her folds squeeze upon his rod. He was close, and in a moment his seed would spray into her. Suddenly there was a loud noise. It sounded like something heavy careening through something made of wood. The sound of thick beams snapping was the last thing he heard before everything went black, and along with it went sound, and sensation.
Next thing he knew he was awakening in a bizarre space. For a moment he thought it was dark, really dark, but it only took him a moment to realize that wasn’t the case. It was seemingly endless, and all he could see, for as far as the eye would let him, was black. Endless black in all directions. Utterly featureless, with nothing to mark this unending void. He blinked.
“Where the fucking hell am I!!!?” He shouted, while still trying to figure out where the hell he was.
He jumped in his skin, when a voice answered him. It was a female voice, utterly divine that sounded like silk upon the ears, and was sultry in a way that got him hot. It was the kind of voice only the cutest, most lovely girls would have. “You are in my domain.”
He turned, and was greeted by the sight of a completely naked woman. She was absolutely stunning, every aspect of her was perfect. Her skin looked soft and inviting with a perfectly creamy complexion without blemish as if it had been sculpted. It was just the right shade of tan. She wasn’t particularly tall, but the perfect beauty wasn’t too short either. His eyes went straight to her boobs which seemed to have been molded by an artist, they were perfectly sized to her frame and firm. So perfectly did they suit her body that it seemed almost unnatural. The nipples were just as perfect, cute little nubs surrounded by perfectly sized areola. Down below she had a perfectly formed pussy that seemed oh so inviting, especially with the way it twitched. There was not a speck of hair anywhere on her body, giving him a wonderful view of her perfect figure, and perfect skin. Cascading down her back was dark black hair, that seemed perfectly luscious and impossibly dark. It was even blacker than their black surroundings. Peeking out of her hairline, was a pair of silver horns that contrasted with her hair nicely. They seemed to gleam upon her head like a pair of perfect jewels.
Her face was otherworldly and put even the cutest girls to shame. Her eyes were what he noticed most. They were a piercing crimson that seemed to see straight through his very soul. He barely even noticed the pair of wings behind her back. They were a perfect black, as dark as her hair, and just as lovely as the rest of her. Every little thought in his mind fell silent at the sight of her. In his mind there was only one word that could truly describe what he was looking at. She was a goddess, nothing else could explain her immense beauty. Every question he had seemed to vanish as he took in the divine beauty before him.
She spoke first, in that truly godly voice of her, which sent pleasurable shudders through his very soul. “Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dewari, and I am a goddess of the Dark Pantheon. I’m sorry to be the one to tell you this. I truly am, but you are dead.”
That statement broke him out of his stupor, “Wait! What do you mean I am dead!?”
“You died. Quite unfortunate really,” and then she giggled, “It seems you have some rather... amusing luck. I can’t say I have seen many people killed by a flying rollercoaster especially not while they are having fun with a partner in a hotel.”
He frowned, “Wait? What. Rollercoaster? That doesn’t make any sense.”
“Before you ask, I do plan to look into it. In the meantime, I do have an opportunity for you. A chance at a new beginning if you will, and don’t worry about your friend. She lost her life as well, but I have an offer for her as well.”
“How the fuck do I get killed by a rollercoaster on the tenth floor of a hotel?”
She sighed, snapped her fingers, and suddenly that didn’t seem as important. “Sorry about that, but we do have something a bit more important to discuss.”
“What did you do?”
“I helped you take your mind off your death. Now about your next life. You have been selected as one of twenty five lucky souls to be reincarnated as a dungeon in my world, the world of Solkira, and since you have an affinity close to mine I will be your guide, and patron should you accept.”
He frowned, “A dungeon? You don’t mean those things from those fantasy stories? Those giant killer mazes? Aren’t they glorified floating rocks?”
She giggled, “Not exactly the best description. A dungeon is more than a simple maze or glorified rock. It is true that they have a crystal core that houses the soul, and consciousness of the dungeon. They are actually very important as well, as they vitalize the land around them, and bring forth mana...”
His frown deepened, “I don’t want to be a floating rock. Can’t I be something else?”
“Well you have a very strong soul, and with your affinity. Hmm, well I could reincarnate you as a succubus. I’m afraid you aren’t compatible with anything else.”
He gave her a look, “So my choices are genderless rock or being a girl? Why can’t I just be a human man or perhaps an Incubus?”
“I’m afraid the human option won’t work for you, and as for an Incubus, they don’t exist in the world of Solkira. Sorry,” she replied, and then she continued, “and just so you know they aren’t genderless. All dungeons are girls too.”
He didn’t really listen, and instead, his mind was working over the choice. Did he want to be a genderless rock, or a succubus? He wasn’t too sure about that one. On one hand he could be a powerful dungeon lord of his domain, or he could be a total babe with the power to seduce anyone he wanted. Both were good, but frankly neither seemed all that desireable. Then he recalled that in many stories a dungeon could create an avatar once it was strong enough. He remembered one of his previous conquests had been into that. She had been really cute, so he had studied her interests to impress her. Some of those stories had been interesting, maybe he could be like one of those protags? With that thought in mind, he made his choice. “I guess, I’ll be the genderless rock.”
The goddess gave him a look, and sighed, she started to say something, and then seemed to think better of it. “Well don’t blame me later for not telling you, I tried. Anyway, I’m glad to hear you at least accepted my offer.”
Dewari gestured, and the world around them changed. Suddenly they were in a rather featureless room. He looked around, and noticed the barren walls, with no apparent doors. The only feature in the room was a single large blue crystal. She smiled, “Alright let's get started.”
Suddenly, a light blue box flared up to fill his vision. It reminded him of a computer progress bar, but it lasted but a moment before, a new box showed up.
Welcome to the world of Solkira!
You have been identified as a new dungeon.
Would you like to initialize dungeon setup?
Yes|No?
He glanced to Dewari, who had settled her perfect naked body on a chair that had come from who knows where. She smiled, “Okay, you should be seeing a box asking you about dungeon set up, yes?”
He nodded. Only to realize that his body was suddenly gone. Thankfully it seemed she picked up his intent.
“Simply think at me, and I can hear you. As for your body don’t worry, as a dungeon you have a trait that grants you access to an avatar. It will unlock at level five. So you won’t have to wait long to get a new body.”
“I guess that is good to hear.”
“Great. Now about that box? I’ll help guide you through it, and teach you the basics of dungeon management. I’ll also be available to give you advice if you need it, but for the most part I will let you figure things out on your own. No better way to grow, and I don’t think you would enjoy having a mother hen constantly looking over your shoulder?”
He giggled at the image, “Um, no, but I would appreciate knowing what this is?”
“Well, unlike your old world, Solkira is graced with a system. Any newly awakened sentient is presented with a similar screen. Now if you select no, the system would go ahead and initialize your dungeon setup for you. I would recommend against that.”
That made sense, and he glanced back at the box. What the hell was he going to do with this? He didn’t exactly play dungeon games, or much in the way of video games. He preferred interacting with the real world most of the time, or the occasional book. With a mental sigh, he selected yes. Instantly a new box filled his vision.

Realm of False Death: Death is forbidden to those that fall within your halls. The fallen are instead teleported to the entrance, or a predesignated respawn point such a shrine. All items and equipment in their possession are kept by your dungeon. If they possess an inventory half the items within will be kept by your dungeon. If teleported to the entrance the fallen will have all their skills locked, and will be afflicted with the weakened status which reduces all abilities by half. If teleported to the shrine, no such penalty will be applied.
Realm of True Death: Those who challenge your halls, face the most dire consequences. Failing your challenges will grant them a true death, and send their souls to meet their god. Perhaps they will have better luck in their next life?
He stared at it for a moment. “Why did it auto select demonic dungeon and lust?”
“Well would you have picked something different?”
He thought about it, “Not really. Although lightning might have been cool.”
She giggled, “Well don’t worry about that. As a dungeon magic comes naturally to you. Anyway, the main reason you ended up with those auto-selected has to do with your affinities. They so naturally lean into those two options, that you didn’t have any other choices.”
If he could slump he would have. Locked out of choices because of his affinities? That seemed to be a theme here. It made him curious, “Why don’t incubus exist anyway?”
“Oh that? Easy, its because the only male lust demons are those of low rank, and only from the first tier to boot. Anyway, I’ll tell you about tiers later. In the meantime about those two traits. Realm of True Death is good for early growth, but not so good later. As such I personally recommend False Death.”
He glanced back over them. Killing everyone in his halls, didn’t really appeal to him, but there was a little something about the other one that bothered him. “I don’t know. Wouldn’t that mean I would have a bunch of naked men on my doorstep?
She nodded, “It would alright, but there would also be a fair number of girls.”
He gave her a look, “I don’t care. I don’t want naked men on my doorstep.”
Dewari shifted, a glimmer of amusement in her eye, “Oh cute, you’re so shy.” then she leaned forward, “If it helps there is a trait perfect for you in that case. One that modifies the penalties of false death. I think you will find it to your liking.”
With a sigh, and a feeling that he might regret it, he selected false death. And yet another new screen popped up, to fill his vision.
