It suggests that you should find workout safety, researching for optimal growth, doing things properly, and muscle exploration as positively rewarding things. It also reaffirms how precious your muscles are to you and how you should take care of them, and they recovery at optimal rates in return. Lastly, just a note, to take care of yourself when sick so you can get back to your muscle bull routine faster - instead of half assing your routine and taking longer to recuperate.
