I tried to make it as accurate as I could. with a few creative liberties
The master bone and eye controls have custom properties that you can mess with.
Make sure to select the bone then press N -> Item -> Properties to see them
The GhostGirl Has a DOT that controls her Lighting,. Go to Her Base Material if you want to change that.
To add this to a blend file just go FILE -> Append -> Collection -> Any Monster
