General Patreon Update

Im gonna be updating the description and the pledge tiers to more reflect how i want to run this place.
Basically, im thinking I will be just making one general tier, where you can pledge to support me and projects im gonna be working on with however much you feel like. Sort of like a reccuring tip jar i guess. I saw it on many successful patreon pages, and I like it, cause there isn't much i can offer while also having a day job. Of course, all patreaons are still gonna be getting early access to stuff.
