Too true. There's not enough art of Hoppo out there (but then I feel that way about every character I like! XD)
A. Fraser
HA. That was a great cartoon. Too bad it was so short lived.

I love Kiki's delivery service

The one that occurs to me as the potential origin for my fat fetish, Hoppopotamus from 'The Wuzzles' Man alive, I am OLD
Jon Kelley
Osono from Kiki's Delivery Service has always been one of my favorites.
James Kaplan
How did none of you guys mention Osono from Kiki's Delivery Service yet? Anyway: I'll throw in a particularly formative one for me... Sizzle from Stunt Dawgs.

In no particular order: Men in Black 2 [for obvious reasons] Pretty Derby [anime about horse girls racing each other, has more belly stuffing then one may expect for an anime] Juno [movie literally all about a pregnant teen, pretty iconic movie poster] Father of the Bride 2 [probably the first and possible still ONLY film where both the mother AND daughter are pregnant at the same time] Friends [at least two of the main cast lady's got pregnant, with one legit being pregnant with twins at one point] I actually could name a few more if given time but that would fill up the comment section. XD

Do they have to be male or female? Or both?

the bellies that got me started when I was a kid: Malcom In the Middle (Louis's pregnancy) Men In Black II (Serleena vore belly), The Rugrats Movie (Big bellied DeeDee before Dill was born) Tiny Toons Adventures (Lots of stuffing) and that's all on the top of my head ^^
