Unintentionally (?) Erotic Stock Clips

UPDATE: Apparently video I'd originally hosted via DailyMotion was removed soon afterwards. I didn't get a specific indication as to why. For now, I've replaced it with an unlisted YouTube-hosted version. You'll have to click-through to view it rather than view it as embedded video.

You may have already seen it, but a few weeks ago Maverick (re)started a thread at Curvage flagging for attention the curious phenomenon of “stock footage” video clips focused on weight gain and fatness themes. Presumably these were created to appeal to marketers of diet and exercise stuff, for use in advertising. Nonetheless, the scenes they depict sometimes play out like short form weight gain erotica. The specifics vary from clip to clip, but in general they show women, ranging from slightly chubby to majorly fat, looking frustrated or mopey as they struggle against ill-fitting clothes, awkwardly attempt to exercise, and survey their softened physiques.
Adding to the curiosity and amusement, many of these clips feature titles and associated keywords that read like kinky weight gain humiliation haiku. I can’t help but wonder whether those descriptions were reflected in the scripts the models read for filming or if they are just something tacked on afterwards like catty commentary in search term form. Relatedly, as Maverick mentioned in a side comment to me: how might the models, some of whom are barely chunky, feel when they are featured in a clip labeled "miserable obese fat girl laments ruined figure in mirror?" For me, the fact that none of this—at least superficially—is intended to be erotic brings an extra spice of voyeuristic authenticity.

The sometimes poetically snarky and perverse descriptions associated with each clip appear as superimposed text, and have been only lightly edited by me for structure.

Thanks for the heads up. Apparently DailyMotion wasn't happy with that video! It'd actually been uploaded for several days. I guess the activity of some folks viewing it brought more scrutiny--and, it would seem, disfavor. Oh well! Hopefully the access alternatives I've tried will work. -Riptoryx
