"MY betrayal? What about your betrayal?" Tina gestures at another one of the monitors lining the desk behind her. "Did you forget about Anastasia? I sure as fuck didn't."
You squint at the screen. It's a static view from another bedroom chamber. At its center is a misshapen mound that looks only vaguely human.
"Jesus, what did you do to her?"
"Let's just say I also take betrayal seriously. What's the expression? 'Snitches pop stitches'?"
The angle of the camera and darkness of the room makes inspection of the bed-bound blob difficult. You can't tell ass from tit or pillow from appendage. Regardless, it isn't moving.
"She's not dead," Tina says, seemingly reading your thoughts. "She just won't be Russian anywhere soon." The plump brunette smiles slyly, but it fades when you fail to share her amusement. "I actually planned to let nature take its course, but then I discovered that 'Anastasia' was more than just your inside snitch, wasn't she?"
You nod. "We were lovers."
Tina huffs dismissively. "No shit. Any girl you've known longer than fifteen minutes is a lover. I'm not talking about that."
You say nothing.
"How much did she get away with? I can't remember if there were six or seven zeros."
You don't reply. You simply stare at the monitor and the amorphous blob at its center.
"Don't worry, I didn't spill your secret. I figured you'd want to lower the boom yourself so I eased up on her." Tina glances over her shoulder at the screen. "Relatively."
Tina pivots in her chair, opens the top drawer of the desk, and removes a shiny silver bracelet like the ones adorning all the girls in your harem. All except Tina.
"I had six months. I could have killed her." Tina twirls the bracelet on her index finger like a hula hoop. "I could have killed you. I could have drained your bank accounts and fled to Fiji and no one would be the wiser."
"Maybe you should have," you say.
"Don't talk like that. We make a good team."
After a few seconds, Tina places the bracelet in the palm of her hand and presents it to you like a platter.
"If you can't forgive me. After all I've done. After all I could've done. You may as well slap this on me now."

Daaayum, Tina sure knows how to fatten someone. Can't wait to find out what else she's been up to this whole time 👀 I kinda wish "do to Tina what she did to the other girls" was an option. Seems only fair after she deprived us of the fun to fatten everyone else in the harem ourselves.
