Dear Patrons,
thanks for letting us know about the strange empty email you received from us yesterday! We looked into it and got this messege from the Patreon creators! It's all good, no worries! The real new video is on it's way!
PATREON:
"So sorry about the trouble with this email! The email actually didn't come from Walk Off The Earth, it was generated in error due to a temporary glitch in our email system. WOTE have not actually posted any new creations or activity posts, so rest assured that you are not missing out on any new content!
Our engineering team has been made aware of the issue and is currently working on a fix, so hopefully you won't receive any more funky, misleading emails. We have also reached out to Walk Off The Earth about the matter and explained that the fault was entirely ours!
Apologies again for any inconvenience or confusion. If you have additional questions on this, please don't hesitate to send me a note.
Thanks again for reaching out! Have a great rest of your day.
