Dude the music 100% and some of the icon scenes that we use to quote in the lunchroom in school. Trunks first showdown with Frieza wayyy better in the OG
Matthew Cronin
Nah man, not even close. They didn’t even use the actual lines from the manga, they just made up whatever would fit.
Adam Khan
shut yo mouth, ur definitely biased og dub had way better lines
whis101
It definitely did, there is a version with the original Kikuchi score and another version where the Faulconer score come ins in at around ep 68. Kai did reuse some of Kikuchi's music but only after they fired Yamamoto who's music was pretty terrible throughout kai imo
Matthew Cronin
The Funimation dub didn’t have the kikuchi score and it does now because of Kai
whis101
I think they did Super Buu's voice much better in OG funimation dub and also the Kikuchi score was superior imo
whis101
Yeah I like some Kai changes and also prefer the OG funimationZ dub lines.
Matthew Cronin
Only the Majin Vegeta lines
Aye Yo Brendo
Facts but I have to admit the OG did do better on the Buu saga forsure
Matthew Cronin
Trust me Shane, nothing was done better in the old dub. That’s the nostalgia talking.
