The calm before the storm ...
🕑 Added 2023-08-30 21:30:29 +0000 UTCJust a quick update to let you all know where I'm at. I've been working through the checklist of things to do, adding and tinkering and polishing and playtesting, and it's looking like I should have the final version of 0.5.2 out tomorrow, all being well.
I've added in a short (optional) 'tutorial' to the opening Reception scene, I've fixed some bugs, I've added in some basic tucking and chastity functionality and relevant descriptions (although there's gonna be a LOT more to do on that in future updates!), and all that's left is to add some sound effects to the new scenes and make sure to playtest everything through a few more times ...
Maybe I'm a masochist, but I'm actually kinda excited to see what kind of feedback this latest version gets over on TFGames and F95Zone - two places that have been somewhat frosty toward this version of the game. Deep down, I know most likely it'll just be more of the same: there's still not enough content, some of the user experience stuff is still janky or performing strangely, I should never have moved away from Twine ... But I guess a part of me is also hoping that, if I just keep updating and polishing the game, a few releases down the line it might become a little clearer what this (final) version of Girl Games is turning into!
Anyway, guess I'll find out tomorrow. And as always, I'm so glad that at least some people (i.e. you guys!) are into what I'm doing. If I haven't said it enough lately, thank you so so much for your support. I can't wait to share the finished update with you all soon!

Keep up the great work Dana! Love what you have so far and looking forward to the next release! So what if It's unfinished or needs more content, this can be polished over time. Let's face it, if it was 100% we would all play it, then finish it and it would be forgotten, i like having updates, it's keeps players interested in the game and all of the possibilities!
