Yes, because of what happened on 58. Since the Soldiers are YCH characters, they don't have names, so I currently think of them as Soldier 1 and Soldier 2. The guy on page 58 is soldier 1, and the guy on page 77 is Soldier 2. Azula is basically saying "watch where you're pointing that thing, Soldier 2."
