The only person in the comic that will have thought bubbles is Toph, because she's the one telling the story and the only thoughts she was aware of was her own. But that doesn't mean that other characters don't have internal dialogue. I'm just gonna try and let you sus out what they're thinking.
Also, this is probably my favorite page because its the one I spent the most time on and redrew over and over.
