The Mic I think may also be for effect. She might not have a natural vibrato. I noticed she moves it as she does it. So she may use it to get the sound she is looking for, and in doing that formed a habit as well. So it may be a bit of both

I notice the mic thing too, she super unique but so cool! And I think the "do what you want" is also from ARMY after the FESTA dinner, they were so concerned that ARMY wouldn't understand or stay. Real ARMY of course understood the need for growth and civic duty, but I can only imagine the fear they must have all felt. You're so right, they are so much more than a band! And you just don't understand it until you're in it 💜

I am glad you enjoyed this. I was trying to decide if this or the concert should be first. However, I think seeing this allows you to see how much it meant to him and will give the concert even more context than just how amazing it was. 😊

I don't think youjeen's hand "thing" is a nerves thing. I think it's just her mannerism because i've seen her do it in many performances whether it was from 1997 or 2007 or 2022.
