Bad Ending's are great, it's nice to see the protagonist not win. Little brother is mad at big brother so little brother either pees on the front of big brothers underwear or uses underwear to wipe his but and puts the undies in laundry. Then the parent washes big brothers clothes only to discover that the big brother may be having accidents.

I’ve always wanted to write one of these types of tropes. Like somehow the daycare is perfectly preserved inside what would otherwise look like a completely abandoned and run down building

Oh that could be very interesting. Perhaps a little on the darker side but I could picture like a secret bunker where there’s like a whole daycare and caretaker staff looking after all the regressed adults.

I love bad ending alot. what about a criminal try to steals a Chemical from a lab and it accidently fall on him, maybe even make the lab use him as a Laboratory rat for there brand new diaprs. I am sorry if this is too much I just wanted to let it all out.
