I know this is the typical advice, but have you tried a Therapist? Depression is a sickness, we often forget that the brain is also an organ, so it can get sick too. It sounds like a complicated state, but I'll DM you if you want to share me more details, perhaps venting or me listening or giving small advice can help ♥

I just wanna tell you something. You never to young to understand somebody or give them advice. I'm myself just 24 hey if I leard something just because someone is older doesn't means he is smarter or can help you whit stuff always remember idiots get old to.

to tell you the truth, I can't recommend anything new, I'm too young to understand you, maybe it sounds corny, but try to find something new that you like, and just try something new, and you should stop using drugs, I've rarely talked to anyone for a year now. and I just do what I sincerely like, play the guitar, assemble computers and just play at the computer after work, well, maybe I'm just such a person, I've been lonely since school, then I was uncomfortable and very lonely, considering that all my classmates were so sociable and cheerful. active, maybe it's just that over the years I've become much calmer about loneliness.

Alright I take you offer and will speak about my mental health. I won't go in much detail here if you interested in a detail pls write me privat. I'm since 6 months in a depressed phase and my borderline doesn't helps whit that including stuff lije self harm drinking use of drugs and everytime something good is happening it last for about 10 min and than I'm in a downwards sprial where I hate myself.
