We wanted to inform you about a change that will go into effect on November 3. After a long consideration of current events and economical climate, we have decided to adjust the cost of our subscription.
⚠️ Existing patrons are NOT affected by this change! ⚠️
Please know that our existing patrons are not affected by this change. If you are a patron right now (or if you become a patron by Nov 3), your price will remain the same as long as your subscription is active.
Our Patreon page was created in 2016, and it has been thrilling to see it grow and learn useful tips from all of you on how to be better creators, how to use our influence to make the world a little kinder, a little less lonely, and how to communicate with our community responsibly and with transparency. And this is why our message comes your way today.
While we are forced to adjust prices so we can continue to cover the costs of running the channel daily, we wanted to make sure that no further cost is incurred by our current patrons, who stood by us through multiple trials and tribulations.
We thank you sincerely for all of your support, whether it has been financial, or social (by commenting, sharing, and engaging with each other in our comment section), or emotional (by giving us words of encouragement and appreciation). We truly would not be able to keep doing this without you guys.

I honestly find it funny that the excuses are "current events and economical climate" for raising prices. I think I know what the actual problems are here but I won't go into all of that stuff. It will be too much of an annoyance to lay everything out and say what I really think.

I really don't understand the hate they are getting in these replies. If you are already subscribed it doesn't effect you whatsoever + they gave a two weeks heads up for people to subscribe before the price increase. If you don't subscribe by then or end up unsubscribing at some point then that's on you..

Do not buckle from all the sob stories in the comments Normies. I know you love your patrons. But thier problems are beyond you. You can't halt your progress as a channel and the lives of your employees (who are also trying to survive out here) for them. Stay the course.

Are you able to speak even obliquely to the “current” events you mentioned? Full disclosure I myself am divorced from a lot of crap with my worries farmed out on 4 and occasionally 5 others, so understand I’m asking honestly. I also try my best to avoid the news because it’s been bad too long, adds to my anxiety, and I know damn well I won’t vote Republican.

I get it, everything is more expensive these days so I totally understand. Thank you for keeping the prices the same for current subscribers: you have brought me so much joy and laughter I would've gladly given up one coffee or boba drink for you a month so I'm glad I don't have to. I appreciate that!
