Only a select few I would say. Felaryan Succubi come in two varieties: "I am more powerful than you and don't need a contract to eat you! Let's do some funny sexy games and if you amuse me I might keep you or eat you~" "This is the perfectly safe (for me) contract that legal binds you (for all eternity) to give you a temple and fully armored cultists (I had them earlier and what woman's body isn't a temple? Mwhahaha). So just sign here. It's not like you can read 15th Eonic Demon Runes anyway right? Right.

Technically Vivian's magic is called "Fascination" and it does seem similar don't it? Hmm I wonder if this is why we had theories for years that the naga and succ on her staff might be symbolic of something? ^_-

Marvelous to see a contract done almost as complex as one of Crystal's. Just missing the upside down hieroglyphs and words scrawling into a portal that actually sucks you into a room that only lets you out when you agree to all the terms plus premium features for your friends and family.

NGL, now I kinda want to see a drawing (or short comic, whatever) of someone who is contractually obligated to climb into her mouth. Out of curiosity, when you say that "her favorite way of hunting [is] to get the prey to walk by themselves into her mouth because they were bound by it" do you mean that there is magic accompanying the contract that causes them to do it of their own volition kind of like Vivian's mind control, or do you mean that they do it because there is something worse in store if they don't? And if the latter, what is "worse" than being swallowed?
